San Vigilio in Marebbe

San Vigilio di Marebbe (1.201 mts.), called by Ladins “Al Plan” is situated in a nice valley surrounded by magnificent rocky mountains.

In the area it is possible to admire the typical alpine farm holdings called viles. The most characteristic viles are Ciaseles, that you can rich starting from Pieve; Biei Defora, single farm holding of gothic style and the beautiful Biei Dete.

San Vigilio di Marebbe, situated at the gates of the wonderful Natural Park Fanes-Sennes-Bràies, rich of verdant meadows and large conifer woods, is also an ideal point of departure for close to nature walking tours and excursions.
