Good to know

Local tax: Starting from 01.01.2021 all prices shown are subject to a local Tax amountint to € 1,75 for person (aged 14 and over) for day, payable upon departure.

Booking confirmation: Your resevation will be valid only after payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total estimated cost of the stay. At the time of booking you will be sent all the details to send a deposit.

The daily rates also includes: Bed linen, table linen, towels, plates, kitchenware, tableware, use of garage, ski depot, boot depot.

Check in/Check out: The apartment is at your disposition from h 15:00 p.m. of the arrival day and remains to your dispotion till h 09:00 of the departure day.

Final cleaning: final cleaning is not included and costs € 85

Pets: No pets allowed inside and outside apartment.

No smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed in our apartments in compliance with the norms antismoke of the Italian law.

Payment: Please settle the account of the apartment the day before your departure by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), cash or check. Please note that under Italian law, cash payments are allowed up to maximum amount of € 999,99, with exception for non-EU citizens.

Cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated, however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• The confirmatory premium is a cancellation fee (as provided by the Civil Code nr 1385) and in case of cancellation it is not returned.
• If you should arrive later or leave earlier than planned, the originally stipulated daily price will be charged.
• There is no cancellation fee (than the confirmatory premium) for cancellations made up to one month before your arrival.

Objects and things forgotten: We are not liable of objects and things forgotten.

Damaged and broken objects: Will be calculated and charged at end of stay.

On request laundry and steam iron facilities are available in the house laundry room located underground.

The House includes a wide underground garage, ski depot and heated ski boot depot.
